Another One

I got another spoof email sent to me the other day. This time, I nearly fell for it! It appeared to have been from Verizon, and said:
The credit card we have on file for your Verizon DSL service was declined when we attempted to bill you on 03/11/2005 for your most recent service fees. For this reason, your service could be suspended.Please visit our Account Information pages, located at, and update your credit card information as soon as possible.
The email was not sent directly to me, though -- it was sent to -- and the URL lived at, which is not owned by Verizon. Be on the lookout!
